My name is Dilip. I’m a venture builder based by the silicon valley of India — Bengaluru. I currently do freelance consulting, helping founders with industry insights, GTM and operations activities, and investor connects.

My journey started back in school as a tech blogger with friends who later became my partners in my first venture. Together, we built a 5-member team, scaled to over a million annual visitors, and eventually exited the company. That early success pulled me into the world of SaaS, community startups, and later, my own design & consulting agency. I’ve since built and supported ventures across renewable energy, hardware, and SaaS. Most recently, I worked with a venture builder/vc, I was brought in to work on portfolio startups and build systems that scale.

Growing up in a defence family, I was exposed to diverse cultures and identities early on; something that shaped my personality, gave me deep understanding of human behaviour and psychology, made me an extrovert, and gave me the ability to connect effortlessly with people.

Don’t worry, I’m not all serious and boring. Outside of work, I like traveling, being sporty, binge-watching movies, and sci-fi documentaries — and you’ll more often find me on mountains than beaches. Trying my luck on content creation, hit me up if you can help.
